Good for beginners
It is a company where you participate in many projects. You learn a lot and have constant contact with other professionals and technologies. For those who are starting out, I recommend it.
The employee is a tool, devalued. The level of demands is quite high. For those who are starting out, it's an interesting place, but then you have to move on to new experiences. HR is very disorganized. When I submitted my CV, I received confirmation for an interview a year later, already scheduled for a date and time with me, even though I had never spoken to anyone after sending the CV.
