It is very difficult to be able to ascend. You have to stand out from everyone at your same level to be able to aspire to the next step. Very low salaries compared to other companies.

Solution Architect
There was only one video call interview. They asked basic questions about my education and knowledge. I wasn't told much about the job, even though I asked. Apparently, the person in charge of the interview didn't have much knowledge about the task
