Lots of bureaucracy. Minimal salary increases. To grow in salary, you have to be promoted to a higher level. Each "level" has a very small salary range, so it requires being at a fairly high level to earn the same as in other companies (and they would never promote you to that level based on years of experience). They directly pay below market average with no possibility of change.
