Pay does not keep up with market standards across many jobs, from what I can tell.
The biggest setbacks are the heavy hitter contributors having to leave to get paid what is more close to standard. These people are leaving to take on jobs for 40k+ more. Please pay your people to retain them. It makes it very hard for the people left over.
