Pros

On-shore management is good, as they are not corrupted. Self-learning and knowledge management portals are good. Free transport facilities are available. At least a few vendors sell healthy and tasty food in the canteens. Recognition for the exhibition of cultural skills. Salary hike percentage is good.

Cons

The Holidays List does not accommodate Dussehra and Pongal.

HR policies are not employee friendly but employer friendly.

Indian Management is very pathetic in understanding the IT/Corporate Culture.

Management in one Netherlands-based Telecom project under the CMT unit is really poor in planning and also cheap in attitude. This management has not left the project for 10 to 12 years and does not keep itself up to date with digital trends. There is no agile mindset in them, fostering meaningless politics and a very dialectic culture.

Management in one US-based Banking Project is weak in customer collaboration. Their focus is always on contract negotiation.

Advice to Management

Please recruit or build Agile Leadership who thinks for employees and customers, but not for himself or his supervisor.

Train the managers on behavioral and technical skills to become better leaders and career counselors.

HRs should think about why an employee leaves the organization, knowing that they get a good hike at Accenture when compared to other service-based MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Infosys.

Employees should be given the chance to give their feedback on management's performance directly to the leadership.

HRs should find some way to convert toxic-minded people, both among employees and management, because they will destroy the culture and work experience in an organization.
