Too many projects to start.
Service-oriented company with less pay.
The interview process was through my campus placement, and it involved the following steps: 1. Aptitude test (average difficulty) 2. Panel interview with 3 people, who were mainly from the HR department.
It is fast and straight to the point. It is a one-day process job application. I feel like the interviewer is trying to gauge my English speaking skills and the salary I can agree upon.
Neutral experience. Pretty done as boilerplate, nothing exciting. HR interaction very slow; has been waiting over 1 month for first contact. The whole ITW process took 2.5 months. They are not answering candidate email queries; zero chance.
