Once you are there, forget promotion
Nice office. Colleagues are so kind and nice.
After three years, I felt stuck. The first year, there was no promotion and no raise due to the economy. In the second year, they told me I was so close to a promotion and I received a small bonus, but no raise. The third year, I got a smaller bonus and no promotion, even though I worked so hard. The promotion process is so bad; they give your team lead three minutes to defend you, and based on that, they will decide.
