Application Development Associate
Aptitude round: online part 1. Coding round: online part 2. Communication assessment: 15mins. HR interview: online. Went in for 24 minutes. Interview was done in 1 week, but result got out after 20 days, at least.
.NET Developer
The first round was an online test based on your technology. The level of the test is moderate to tough. If you could pass the test, then the next round will be a technical interview, followed by a manager round and an HR round.
Technical Lead
Two technical rounds. First was Java-based and role-based. Previous work experience was a bit long. Second round was project technical rounds, a bit long and in-depth knowledge. So, overall, a lengthy process but good.
