Pros

Nice offices and an overall pretty professional environment.

Cons

The internal training slog is real. Even a joining senior will have to do them.

Accenture is really old school in the sense that when it comes to every-day manager expectations, they focus more on tasks done "according to the book" rather than the actual larger job at hand being worked on. Managers often lack the technical skills of engineers, but this isn't a guarantee and you might get lucky.

Advice to Management

Less internal training, videos, or anything. Create a fast track for seniors or people with enough experience to simply bypass the 12 or so hours of mandatory educational games and other nonsense.

Also, it's way too obscure with what a goal is or how you measure progress. If you make an engineer do additional team-related work or something, then perhaps update their role to reflect it.
