Pros

Flexible hours, possibility of taking certifications.

Cons

Ever since the quarantine started, the employee loses more and more. Nine months passed for them to notify a very small raise. They took away important benefits, such as the lunch card which was $300 per day, with the excuse that since you don't go to the office, you can't use it. However, when conducting interviews, they "sell" it to you as a benefit you will be able to use.

The salary, as always, is low; absolutely nothing has changed in all these years, and we are increasingly falling behind the market.
