Good company, bad pay.
Good company, bad pay.
The vast majority of people I've worked with were committed to deliverables. They cover costs and encourage obtaining certifications. 100% home office, with the possibility of going to the office if desired.
Remuneration, both salary and benefits, significantly below market.
Your work experience depends on the project and team you are allocated to; some are great and others are hell, sometimes on the same project.
They seem to have a good career plan at first glance, but even with several excellent performance reviews for years, you still don't get a raise/promotion. At most, they increase your bonus, which is a % of your salary, so it's not a big deal.
Paguen mais seus devs e não obriguem as pessoas a voltar para o presencial.

Accenture Interview Questions
Accenture Interview Experiences
Devops Engineer
It was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were so cool and also the tech guys. They were looking for someone to work with Ansible and someone who has experience using databases.
Solutions Architect
Contact via LinkedIn and WhatsApp, ending with a phone call. Nothing major, they only asked about my AWS certifications. My main blocker was the fact that the role required me to do pre-sales in English; I didn't feel confident enough at the time.
Data Engineer
The "technical" interview was limited to general behavioral questions, as well as basic tech stack questions. I expected more interviews, but one was enough for an offer to be extended. There was no live coding or anything of that sort.
