Accenture has a lot of great clients and impactful projects. A project can last from a few weeks to a few years. Working with Accenture feels similar to being a freelancer, moving from one project to the next, getting to meet interesting people, and trying different technologies.
The company is too big. They're not good at understanding people's strengths, skills, and experience. A lot of people got placed to do things they're not good at, just because the company can't find people to fill in the role. Some people, especially middle management, don't respect working hours, and therefore, work-life balance becomes bad for a lot of Accenture people. Also, their pay is slightly below market rate.
