Pros

Good Company for Young Professionals, especially Women Employees.

Very Productive Environment with Good, Transparent Culture.

Ample Scope for Cross and Up-learning.

Cons

Billability/Chargeability is closely tracked to increase productivity.

Each Delivery Unit/Practice works like a separate company, making moving within the organization and enforcement of policies difficult.

Work/Life balance varies based on the project assigned.

The appraisal process pits individuals against peers instead of rewarding individual performance, diminishing chances of growth within the organization.

Advice to Management

The appraisal process needs to be more transparent and accountable. HR is toothless in the appraisal process and cannot address any grievance.

We need to introduce 360-degree appraisal to eliminate bias and favored decisions by supervisors who have too much control over talent outcome decisions.
