Pros

The environment, in general, is very good. The colleagues are almost all very young, so the relationships tend to be quite good.

Furthermore, working for such large and important projects and clients opens your mind considerably, and above all, it teaches you how to work and deal with clients.

In general, it is a job that with adequate training almost anyone could do.

Cons

Well, as the title itself indicates, in the end, within Accenture, we are nothing more than resources. I was working in two different areas, always with very important clients and projects and with good feedback from my superiors on each project.

But three months without an assignment because my Senior Manager wasn't getting new projects was enough to tell me that I wasn't meeting their expectations, and they decided to let me go. A 15-minute One2One, and the next day, I was out.

Advice to Management

Debería tener una relación un tanto más cálida con los empleados.
