First, I send my CV. Then, I talked with HR, and we had an English speaking session. After that, I had another meeting with the technical team. Then, it was decided that I could work there. I got an invitation, and I accepted it.

The interview went well, and everyone I spoke to was very nice. It was less technical than I was expecting and fairly laid back. It started with a phone screening, and after about a week, they got back to me with an offer for an interview.
