The interview process is average, not so difficult or easy. There are 2-3 rounds for experienced candidates. For freshers, they take multiple tests. Once you get the call from HR, the entire process gets done.

Accenture's interview process was pathetic. The interviewer who scheduled the call didn't attend the call itself. Additionally, the interview process had multiple rounds which were time-consuming, and no results were declared.

3 steps: meeting the hiring manager, then two other managers. Mainly discussions, no test. It was smooth and pleasant. The hiring manager shared the vision of the job very clearly.
