I applied through reference. I got a call the next day, and the interview was scheduled within 5 days. Within 2 days of the interview, the offer letter was released. If there is an opening, then we will get an offer letter as soon as possible.

The interview process was very smooth. It was just a simple series of questions about where you found the job post. It felt like a formality, as if you were already hired and endorsed for contract signing.
