They didn't intimate me about the necessary documents needed for the application until the day before the process started. I was rejected because I didn't have the documents. This happened twice.

The first round is the aptitude round. If you clear that, then only you will be moving to coding, which is mandatory to get selected for the interview. After which, communication assessment and interview take place.

I applied through college or university. It was good. HR asked simple questions. It was basically about what was in the resume, like skills-based questions and about strengths and weaknesses. Communication is mostly taken into note.
