I recently attended an interview at Accenture for the role of Software Developer. Surprisingly, the questions were really basic. The simplest DSA questions were asked, such as reversing an array. It's really easy to crack these interviews with a lit
It was okayish. The test was okay, but HR was not good. Test practices were way above strict, as if they thought they were Google or Microsoft. Overall, it was okayish. If I had to sum up the whole experience, it was mediocre.
The first round is the aptitude round. If you clear that, then only you will be moving to coding, which is mandatory to get selected for the interview. After which, communication assessment and interview take place.
