4. Flexible time and WFH in some projects.

A lot of downsides to begin with:

• Politics at every level.
• Consideration of personal relations over skills.
• Poor or no hike.
• No promotion.
• A lot of frustration nowadays, especially for front-end guys, as there is huge work and no appreciation. All you will hear is just complaints.
• Had to work on nearly every Saturday and Sunday in development projects.

This poor management will lead to loss of good resources. Most of them have already left, and others are looking for a change. Stop preferring bootlickers over hardworking individuals.
