Too long for a selection process for a consulting firm that uses staff to send them to clients; you are not paid for overtime and they force you to stay late.

Technical interview, asking to screenshare and solve problems of basic developer work in front of them. I was expecting more specialized and convoluted React questions, as it was not a junior position. My prep beforehand was useless.

I waited for my interview for 4 months, and just a few days back, I got to know the job was not there anymore. There has been no response from HR after that.
