Working hours, mobbing, and repeated insults, divisions between "A-list" and "B-list" people (even with equal educational qualifications).

I worked at Accenture for 4 years. The first two years were positive, but when the management changed, the situation deteriorated. I resigned without having another job contract, just to get away from that toxic situation, and in the same year, 4 other people left (out of a team of about twenty).

The possibility of career advancement actually depends on the contract you have, which also defines how you are treated on a human level.

Creare un codice di comportamento aziendale che consideri davvero un problema mobbing e comportamenti aggressivi e denigranti nei confronti dei dipendenti. Al momento chi è in posizione gerarchica può insultare e sminuire a suo piacimento tutte le persone con cui lavora. Anche situazioni segnalate rimangono del tutto inascoltate e, anzi, hanno conseguenze per chi segnala, nonostante tu debba seguire dei corsi online su questi argomenti che ti assicurano il contrario.

Dipende chiaramente dal gruppo in cui si capita, non sempre è così, ma ho visto situazioni veramente inaccettabili.

In teoria, creare una cultura aziendale che vede collaborazione e rispetto come valori fondanti fa aumentare le performance e diminuisce il turnover dei dipendenti, che in Accenture, non a caso, è altissimo e quindi richiede grandi investimenti in recruiting. Ha quindi anche un senso da un punto di vista economico.

Sono veramente perplessa che un'azienda così grande e molto interessante su certi aspetti non consideri prioritario questo problema.
