Too many working hours, almost daily 9-10 hours are worked instead of 8.
Often required to work on Saturdays and sometimes even on Sundays.
Overtime paid only partially, at most for 50% of the hours actually worked beyond the normal 8 canonical hours.
Work-life balance absent: you are looked upon unfavorably if you "escape" the office at 6 PM and they greet you by saying: "part-time today?".
Scandalous.
