People who have stayed long in the organization have in-grown capability to suggest changes to clients which are beneficial in the long run.
Compensation is not up to the mark. Recently, it has started to employ people from other organizations after being pressured by the clients. These new lateral entries do not share the work culture and are likely to spoil the same.
