Accenture is a good company to start with. It offers opportunities to people without experience, has many benefits, excellent social work, flexible hours, and resources for learning.
Leveling up costs a lot. If you are at the initial level or the next one, the salary is low compared to the same position in other companies. Depending on the team you get, you can be very calm or experience burnout within a few months. It's full of people who don't work and get paid the same as you do.
