Work-life balance is good.
Salary compensation is a major issue.
I was referred by a friend and was interviewed directly for a project. Had my rounds cleared and got a confirmation email as well. Completed all the document upload process. Even got a call from HR for scheduling the final discussion call. Later
First round technical, second was managerial, then discussion moved to Next.js. Not much in Node related to Node.js full stack as it should be, and technical was awesome in depth, but managerial was totally moved out of context.
1. HR call 2. 30-minute technical interview Despite telling the recruiter to let me know how the process went, with either a positive or negative response, I did not receive any further reply after the test.
