Salary, benefits, and bonus are great.
Shift work, job satisfaction – not much. A lot of support projects. Most likely, you will get in one too. Total disregard for domain skills as far as resource allocation is concerned.
Try to look into the resource allocation process for different projects. The current one is completely flawed.
