Overall, it is a good organization
The work was solid. I did not have to wait for a long time before work was assigned to me. The team was good, and the management did not make it difficult to function efficiently.
This isn't much of a con of the organization, but it is a con of the time I was at the company.
The work-life balance did not exist. I was working till 10 pm IST almost every day of the week.
But I guess that was just because of the remote-work culture.
