You learn a lot. There is remote work, although it depends on the project.
Very chaotic because there are a lot of people and it's too vertical, so your boss depends on another boss and it's complicated to find out what's going on.
There is also very little transparency when starting a project. No one tells you if the project is stalled until you ask.
Salary is correct, but there have been zero raises for a few years.
