Pros

High salary, work from home, nice inclusivity tutorials.

Cons

The management was incompetent and chaotic.

They couldn't communicate efficiently and often stepped on each other's toes, just to shift the blame onto the workers. Very deceitful and unethical.

Junior developers were hired just to take the blame for the various failures. It was a very, very stressful and bad environment.

The project manager was a snake; surely he didn't get the job for its coding or management skills.

I ended up taking all the work of the ENTIRE team (that slowly left), then I was the last to take the blame and then fired, with a bunch of lies and devious attacks (had to see it coming).

Advice to Management

Clients don't care about your excuses, and a poor job sooner or later will bite back.

Good and passionate programmers will stay far away from you, and this will have consequences in the long run.

This is an unfair and unjust world, I get it, but you crossed the line A LOT.
