Lots of flexible working arrangements are available, but they vary widely based on project or client. Accenture has a distinct culture of high-performing individuals and can be a rewarding place to work.
You will work hard. On the wrong project or during crunch time, you will be stressed to the limit and beyond. However, you will accomplish great things.
Provide more support for switching workforces – between services and consulting – during a career. In my experience, switching is discouraged.
