Friends Made, Management Lacking
Workload is not very much. I have made many friends and memories in Accenture.
Management is not good. You have to be the "boss man" to get the promotion.
I joined as a lateral hire. When I left the company after 3.5 years, there was only a minimal increase in my package.
The project I was working on used outdated technology. It was very difficult to get rolled off from the project.

The process was overall good, but you won't get any kind of update or feedback after the interview. The interviewer was very polite and made me feel comfortable before taking the interview. It was an online F2F interview.
