The interview began by asking basic questions. It then went on to inquire about prior skills and experience, how I was doing with my current employer, and what other skillsets I possessed that could be leveraged for the position.
Call with HR -> Hiring Manager -> Technical Interview -> Proposal. Screening with the HR, talking with the hiring manager, technical interview, and finally, but not least, talk with the hiring manager about the proposal.
Easy, the HR interviewer was very friendly, and then the manager was also very humble. I must say that the process was very fluid and straightforward. I waited around 2 weeks for the email answer.
