Surely you can gain experience and skill yourself. That's all.
The managers only think about their own well-being. They make you believe that they are a big family, but they don't care about the employees, especially from the AGBG area. They fool you into thinking you can work remotely, and then they fire you, saying they've changed their minds and you have to relocate. Therefore, highly not recommended.
