Very hard assessment for a junior/graduate person. The assessment needs at least two years of working experience. It's impossible to achieve a normal score and pass in the next interview stage.

Short telephone interview to introduce myself. First, I explained my career path. Questions were asked about the individual stages. Further questions focused on Accenture. Afterwards, the company was presented to me.

The first phase consists of a structured group interview with multiple tests. After a few days, we proceed with the HR interview. Finally, two technical interviews with the managers.
