Pros

Easy to launch your IT career. They offer free bootcamps, and you're pretty much guaranteed an internship or job after that.

Cons

Really hard to get promoted. Cannot leave bad projects. No freedom as an employee. Useless courses pushed on you.

I joined as a Junior Front-end developer and had to take up not only courses of their internal roadmap but also full-time Computer Science studies that have very little to do with my daily work, on top of a full-time job.

The project I worked on was messy, lacked structure and quality. I learned very little useful skills. I could not change the project, and the workload was too much, so I quit.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the roadmap system and other "on top of daily work" courses.

Let employees change their project if they are not satisfied with the current one.
