You'll work with some of the best people you'll ever work with here. Good competitive pay. They push you to become better, very encouraging when it comes to developing your career. No institutionalized pettiness.
You do more work than at the average company. Nothing horrible though, in my humble opinion. Really good people are just average here, so it's harder to stand out.
Keep working at staying good. Stay dynamic. But don't change the yearly review process so much (maybe that already stopped; I'm not sure).
