Pros

PIP—performance improvement plan, which they implement for about 10% of employees every year. Don’t go on name; they just throw you out without any reason. In my career span, I have never seen any genuine case. They just throw people out. So, there is no security of job, whether you are good or not.

Their performance cycle is now a joke. For lateral hires, they give 0% hike. If you ask the reason, they say you are already at the max slab of salary as per market.

Cons

They don’t believe in retaining an employee; they will hire from outside but don’t give increments to their employees.

Very high politics within projects, especially in NCR. They don’t judge people by work but by buttering. Culture of sycophants.

Worst HRs in the industry. Most candidates must have faced issues in their recruitment process. Sycophants of management. They will never be on your side if you raise any concern.
