Accenture has great ML and NLP projects, and even data analytics projects are good.
Client account teams in offshore (India) are good.
Everyone is focused on learning and improving their careers; you'll get a good peer group.
On-site teams in the U.S. don't ever care about offshore teams' health. They schedule calls late at night, 10:30-11 PM, without even asking if that time works for Indian time zones. (This is the main reason for my job switch, as my health got into bad shape because of sleeping late).
Office politics in teams is very common.
Favourite pets will be given a higher percentage of hikes and even promotions.
Onsite teams should not have such control over the projects; equal responsibility should be given to offshore teams.
Late-night calls should be avoided as much as possible.
Technical round - Related to Angular mostly, project-related experience, Angular new versions, JavaScript questions. HR round - Common interview questions, candidate history.
The first round was cognitive assessment, followed by technical assessment and a coding round. If selected in all three rounds, you will be entering the communication assessment. Otherwise, you will be rejected, so please prepare well.
My Accenture interview was smooth and professional. The panel focused on communication, basic technical questions, and situational problem-solving. Confidence, clear answers, and a positive attitude mattered more than deep technical detail.
