No visibility of your work. A lot of mandatory training in your extra time. Only 7-12% bonus.
Ask your HR to stop lying while hiring about the bonus component. In the offer letter, it mentions a 24-28-32% bonus and makes it a part of your CTC.
But in reality, you will only get 7-9%.
