Good work environment and helpful seniors.
I was put on a technology (mainframe) which I didn't know and didn't want to work on. And I couldn't change.

First was an easy call, telling about me and my CV. It was in Polish, then they checked my English. The next meeting was more technical. Questions were pretty easy. Some SQL, some coding.
