Great team at the SF Innovation Center. I loved the team and the leadership locally at the SF office. Great work-life balance most of the time, with lots of respect for team culture and personal life. It was an inclusive and understanding environment to be in. I immediately felt at home amongst the team.
It was hard to control the types of projects that were coming in. Projects tended not to be in the same field as I was interested in. Sometimes there was no immediate project to work on at all. It was hard for these types of issues to change as the clients that Accenture works with are limited.
