Depends on the client, but the benefits are great
- Loved the occasional after-work events.
- Despite distant HR from the client's place, the HR is quite supportive and proactive.
- Contribute to EPF for non-Malaysians (a huge plus for me).
- Clear career growth.
Sometimes I have to work overtime due to system upgrades or project constraints.
