Too Much Micromanagement, No Work-Life Balance

Extreme micromanagement from leadership, making it difficult to work independently.
Long working hours with unrealistic expectations.
Lack of employee appreciation and work-life balance.
I worked with the Mauritius Accenture team. The manager from that team was very biased, and a few members from her team had no etiquette and were so biased towards the Accenture India team.
There was no work-life balance on that project; they always wanted us to work like 24 hours (hell).
Not a single action was taken by Accenture India managers after explaining the situation.
No hike and appraisals.
Trust your employees instead of constantly monitoring them. Focus on results rather than unnecessary status updates. Create a healthier work culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
