Hikes are good when promoted, and you receive top ratings during bull runs. Team mates are also mostly good.
The last year or so with bear runs, the hikes are really pathetic (it was 0 last year) with really poor bonuses too. Plus, it will be nicer to have more exposure to the latest technologies for the people working in legacy technologies.
More opportunities for people working in legacy stuff to get exposure to the latest tech. Also need to ensure better hikes and better variable pay, also known as bonus, in the upcoming year.
