Platform Associate
1. Application (without referral) 2. Interview with recruiter 3. Language test (English and another one) 4. Final interviews Job offer. Very easy to understand. The recruiter was super helpful with tips. The whole process was more than a month long.
Platform Associate
Easy and general questions. Just one round. Time period is only half an hour. Fast process. It takes a month at least to start your first day in the job due to the documentation process.

It consisted of 5 rounds: 1. High-level HR questions 2. Two skill interviews 3. MD interview 4. HR interview Overall, the process was a bit slow, but I had a really good experience with all the people I met during the process.
