Working for Accenture is great. You get good benefits, and the infrastructure is great!
Accenture Flex, on the other hand, you can be one of the best in your role. It doesn't matter; you all get paid the same, and you can be essentially laid off in an instant. They offer the ability to enroll into other projects, but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you get treated as a dispensable, replaceable asset.
It truly starts from the top. Please just treat your workers with more respect and dignity.
