I don't think they have any pros. More likely, it's just something basic a company will provide to an employee.
They will just re-trench you if they want to. So don't accept it if it's a contract. But I've heard from other projects as well, they can also just remove you even if you're permanent.

Easy and general questions. Just one round. Time period is only half an hour. Fast process. It takes a month at least to start your first day in the job due to the documentation process.
