People work for 4 years, and they get close to 21k in-hand salary. Too much pressure for 21k, no respect even after working for 4 years.
Few of my friends, after waiting for 9 months for a sub-label movement, expected a hike in salary. But instead of getting a hike, maybe due to poor management and poor payroll or compensation department, they got a deduction of 500 in their salary.
It is very bad. After working too hard for the company, they never realize that something is wrong.

Never choose Accenture as a fresher, as per my experience.
Please look into employees as well, how satisfied they are with the salary structure.
Don't scare them, else they will only write good feedback instead of providing right feedback. This will be wrong data going from the user to the organization, and the organization will think everything is good.
I know almost 100 people around me working for Accenture. They all say bad things about Accenture when it comes to salary, compensation, and hike things. When a survey is rolled out, they say, "We are happy," just because they are scared that management will come back to us and scold us. That is exactly what my management does the same way.
