Poor culture.

Harassment at the workspace (some men in management are incredibly stalking).

No psychological assessment (some people watch graphic violence videos during working hours just for fun).

Poor salary, around minimum Irish wage.

Unbelievably graphic content (tortures, killings, beheadings, rape, abuse).

If you work the night shift, they pay for only one taxi. So you have to use public transport late in the evening while going to work (areas are not safe) or after you leave the night shift in the morning when the buses are crowded.

Favouritism at the workspace (Romanians promote Romanians, etc.).

Hate speech at the workspace (like Turkish and Kurds working at the same office and conflicting all the time).

Horrible place to work for a long time.
